We at Studio 47 have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule Your appointment, you may do so with no penalty as long as you have done so 24 hours prior to your appointment. You have 24hrs/7days a week access to do so on your registered online booking account you are offered when you scheduled your appointment online. Leaving voicemails and text messages on the salon phone are not accepted. Please talk to a live person during our business hours. Any last-minute cancellations/rescheduling (Appointments Canceled/rescheduled with less than 24hour notice) WILL RESULT in the forfeit of your $20 deposit for the time that was reserved for you. The payment will be automatically forfeited as well if you show up 15 mins (or more) late to your appointment or if you are a no show. In regards to permanent makeup: A deposit is required to make your appointment. The cancellation policy rules are still in effect, however, failure to cancel at least 24 hours or more PRIOR to your appointment or being a No-show to your permanent make-up appointment will result in the loss of your deposit of 50% of the service you scheduled. Our independent contractors/technicians reserve the right to block repeat no show offenders if deemed fit. All of our Nail Artists/Technicians are independent contractors and pricing may vary depending on designs,shaping and length. All pricing in posted is an approximate "base price" that all technicians at Studio47 agree on for the covenience of our clients but are subject to slightly change due to length and intricate of designs. The Nail artist, that your appointment is with, may give you the pricing upfront prior your service upon your request. We do offer a guarantee of one week (7 days from the date of service for repairs due to the negligence of the technician only). Please call and inquire within the first week of the service date to make an arrangement with the technician that provided your service for your guaranteed repairs.
